Rebirth resets your Trainer Level, not your Pokémon collection. In return, you earn Rebirth Value points, usually called RV, which you can spend on permanent stat bonuses for individual Pokémon.
Use /rebirth to review the requirements before confirming. Use /rv view to check a Pokémon's current RV.
What Rebirth costs
You need all three:
- Trainer Level 100.
- 1,250,000 Pokédollars.
- 25,000 League Points.
Rebirth spends that currency, resets your Trainer Level to 1 and Trainer EXP to 0, adds one to your Rebirth count, and gives you 10 unspent RV points.
What you keep
Your Pokémon keep their levels, IVs, EVs, and allocated RV. You also keep your items, teams, campaign clears, and earned Ball Belt capacity bonuses.
How RV changes stats
You can put RV into HP, Attack, Defense, Special Attack, Special Defense, or Speed.
| Rule | Limit |
|---|---|
| Bonus per point | +2% to the chosen calculated stat. |
| Points in one stat | Up to 30, for a +60% bonus. |
| Points on one Pokémon | Up to 120 total. |
The bonuses add; they don't compound. For a calculated stat of 250:
- 1 RV gives .
- 10 RV gives .
Fractions round down. Shedinja is an exception: its HP stays at 1.
At the 120-point total cap, you could max four stats at 30 points each, or spread 20 points across all six stats for +40% each.
Choose carefully: allocations are permanent
Once confirmed, an allocation can't be reset, refunded, or moved to another stat. Check the stat and Pokémon before confirming.
Allocated points stay with the Pokémon through evolution, form changes, and trades. Releasing that Pokémon loses the points as well. Batch releases skip Pokémon with invested RV.

To put 10 points into its Attack, or 5 into its Speed:
Discord shows these as separate command options. Omitting the Pokémon option uses your selected Pokémon.
You can't allocate RV while the Pokémon is busy in a battle, trade, gym challenge, dungeon, or away-training session.
Ranked battles
RV bonuses apply in casual battles and campaign. Standardized ranked battles disable the bonuses without removing the allocated points.
