Type / in Discord and choose Pikacord to see its commands and available options. This page covers the commands you're most likely to need; it isn't a list of every command in the bot.
In the examples below, <value> means a required choice and [value] means an optional one. Don't type the brackets. Discord will prompt you for each option.
Getting started and catching
| Command | Use it to… |
|---|---|
/start | Pick your starter Pokémon. |
/catch <pokemon> | Catch the active wild Pokémon by guessing its name. |
/pokedex <pokemon> | Look up a species, its forms, and its evolution line. |
A correct catch needs the form name too when the encounter is a regional or named variant. See Pokémon Forms for examples.
Your collection and team
| Command | Use it to… |
|---|---|
/pokemon | Browse your collection and apply search filters. |
/info | Check a Pokémon's level, IVs, EVs, nature, and moves. |
/select | Choose your active Pokémon. |
/team view | See your battle party. |
/team set | Put a Pokémon in a party slot. |
/team swap | Swap two party slots. |
/team remove | Remove a Pokémon from a slot. |
Your collection number identifies the Pokémon; your party slot identifies its position in the team. Check both before changing the lineup.

Server settings
Server staff can use /settings view to inspect the server's configuration. The /settings channels commands manage channel routing.
Use /spawnmute mute to stop spawns in a channel, or /spawnmute unmute to allow them again. These commands require the appropriate server permissions.
